Very good

Liked: Friendly staff, nice room, tea and coffee available in the room. Large beer garden at the back and plenty of room in the pub to sit in as well. Food very good. Only couple of minutes walk to the canal where you can walk along the tow path.

Good value

Liked: Very friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable beds and a lovely room. Some noise, but it is a pub, so to be expected and it was very warm night so we had the window open. The food was very tasty and good value. I had hunters chicken, and my husband had a hunters burger .

Coaching House

Liked: It's a great old coaching house, and it has all the creeks and groans an old building should have. Was a great experience.
