Pleasant

Liked: Ideal location for those going to see the Harry Potter studios, a four minute drive. The pub downstairs had a lovely atmosphere, great food and very helpful staff.
Disliked: The hotel is situated very closely to the train station, very busy and loud.

Okay, but a bit disappointing...

Liked: Staff welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast isn't served before 9am - not much use to someone who has to go to a meeting. I don't think this was made obvious when the booking was made.
