Liked: Great location and sea view. Staff very helpful and allowed us to leave bags after check out despite having a busy event on.

Liked: Location is excellent on the sea front, room was comfortable whilst I had dinner and the food was very nice.
Disliked: Room was comfortable albeit a little small, but for a one night stay was perfectly adequate.

Disliked: The doors stuck so was woken up as others were getting into their rooms

Disliked: The hotel is very outdated and the rooms do not look like the ones in the photo. Or at least our didn’t. The bed and pillows must have been the most uncomfortable I’ve ever tried. We will definitely come back to Deal but not to this hotel. The price does not match the offer
