Liked: Very friendly staff and good breakfast.Excellent location And good atmosphere in the pub.
Disliked: The stairs were very tricky and room adequate but had to request coffee etc.

Disappointing stay in a great...

Liked: The location of this Pub / Hotel could not be any better with proximity to the pier and Deal High Street easily walkable from the site.We met the host in the morning and he was a nice chap.
Disliked: The noise from outside and the pub itself resulted in very poor sleep, and considering we had asked for a quite room I was surprised to have a room directly over the bar and the front door to the pub with conversations overheard until at least 1am.The vegetarian breakfast was poor, no sausages were available and while replacements were offered it was a little on the best endeavours basis. At £14 per person we would have expected a lot more variety for this cost.

Warm friendly Inn.

Liked: Comfortable room with sea view in a lovely old pub that is popular with the locals. Friendly landlord and staff.
Disliked: The bathroom lacks a towel rail. Steep stairs might be an issue for the less agile. No muesli available for breakfast.
