we love to visit the...

Liked: Location.Food.Hotel on site.
Disliked: Heating system not working.It was the same the last time we stayed at the same hotel.We were given a heater overnight though as it was so cold.Room although the bed linen was clean the room was very very dusty around the edges of the floor and under the bedside tables.The bathroom was clean and the towels clean and soft and replaced daily when left on the floor as requested... but there is no grab rail in the bath/ shower area which is dangerous and a potential reason for a very bad fall.
