Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: We had bedbugs in our room & when I emailed to inform and asked for a refund or compensation I was told there are no bed bugs, the many bites on my partner beg to differ and that I could get 20% off on my next stay. I think it’s safe to say I won’t be staying here again. So the 20% is not good enough.

Disliked: Bar didn’t open until 2100 hoursAsked for a quiet room was woken up by a couple next door one minute enjoying themselves, the next, rowingFixtures hanging off walls eg shaving mirror and light switch

Confortable and Modern room

Liked: Staff were very helpful and the room was general cleam modern and comfortable..
Disliked: Room needed some general maintenance, broken towel rail and missing sinc and bath plugs.Some dust patches on fitted unit and fridge air vent.Unfortunately the attached bar was not open.Tea making facilities in the room were provided but o spoon?Continental breakfast was an optional paid extra.
