First impressions matter, and I...

Liked: The breakfast table was sparse in presentation with little out on display, quite nice to be able to help yourself to fruit and cereal rather than having to ask. We didn't have a cooked breakfast so can't comment.
Disliked: Rooms felt dated and one of the rooms, had a vey musty smell which we did report and I gather was being chased up. Water leaking from the toilet cistern.Generally the place looked tired and in need of some maintenance and the entrance looked uncared for.

Disliked: The room had a smell of drains and was very noisy. Poor communication and signage. Food not warm and greasy
