Very good

Liked: We were just left to it, didn't see many staff members. But the one that greeted us when arriving was lovely. Room was really nice and just what we needed. Pleasure beach directly opposite and close to all the amenities. Complimentary milk, water and candy floss for the children.
Disliked: Nothing. Amazing.

Disliked: If you're feeling cold you can't turn the heating up. No control over the heating

Liked: Friendly staff, good spacious apartment, great price, directly across from Pleasure Beach so excellent location. Very clean. Wee bonuses included, candy flosh on the beds, milk and water. Free parking available in the next street arranged by the hotel.
Disliked: Rooms could do with a refresh, but great value so to be expected.

Liked: The pleasure beach is literally 2 minutes away. The trams run up and down the promenade if you don't want to walk into town.
Disliked: For me, there was a bit of misunderstanding. About the parking permit, i did request one by email, but when we booked in at the reception, the receptionist showed my husband were she had parked and to leave our car there. In the next street. you can not park on the street of the hotel. So I thought we would get a permit to park. There is a car park opposite the hotel. That is 14 pounds 24 hours inhindsight I would have paid for the parking as I was only there for two nights.
