Disliked: Unfortunately the couple in the room next door was arguing from 3am -5am disturbing us

Liked: The staff were honestly so lovely, working very hard I can’t fault them. The burgers were amazing I’d say the best ones I’ve ever tasted. More than what I expected from a budget hotel

Liked: The hotel itself is lovely, food is great and plenty of drinks selection. Room was small but perfect and staff were outstanding
Disliked: The bed, it was awfully uncomfortable. Understandable it's a budget room but the bed was so uncomfortable we ended up sleeping on top of it and the duvet, also hand wash would be amazing in the room too.

Liked: The customer service was amazing and I enjoyed staying there for the night , the food was just spectacular and the room was comfortable
Disliked: Being on the very top floor after walking around Blackpool it kills ur feet off , but besides that everything was amazing
