Will def come back and...
Liked: Central, plenty of parking, good breakfast included, friendly staff, nice room
Disliked: The only issue was the large industrial extractor fan about 10 feet away outside our window (room 19) which was on all night and was really loud. Not a lot the hotel can do but it must be an issue for others who have stayed in that room and as the hotel wasn’t full I’m surprised we were out in there.

Enjoyable stay in the town...
Liked: Recently refurbished room was very clean and comfortable. Food was really good both in the evening and at breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a bit of noise from the bar but not as much as we expected and it didn't affect our sleep.
Disliked: We were hoping to do a bit of dancing in the disco, but there were so many people there there wasn't room to move.

Convenient but very noisy until...
Liked: Good location for the middle of town. Parking included was a bonus. Fabulous staff. Fan was provided in room. Lovely breakfast. Room was well decorated, tea coffee and biscuits provided. Plenty of towels.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there was a small over look on the cleaning with a stain on one of the pillow cases and the toilet still had debris in it. My main issue was that it was not made clear enough on the property page that there is a disco until 3 am on Friday and Saturdays - there is a small line hidden in the information but this needs to be highlighted more. Getting this information after booking a non refundable room was a terrible customer experience: *IMPORTANT GUEST NOTICE*We would like to remind all guests that the Kings Arms is a late night music venue, and can be noisy on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.On Wednesday and Thursday nights, music is played in venue next door until 2am (can sometimes be heard from rooms)On Friday and Saturday nights, music will be played in the venue until 3am.On Sunday nights, a live band performs up until 11pm. (bank holidays music until 2am)
