Disappointing

Liked: Compared to other accommodation on this trip room was small with faulty blind. Again in comparison for the price cooked breakfast should be included. Poor value for price paid.

Liked: Friendly staff Good location
Disliked: Room 3 Mould all around the shower tray and on tiles as well Bath plug not working so unable to have a bath Curtains rings missing View out of window fire escape and flat roof with mould Not a pleasant view Disapointing overall

Overpriced for what it is.

Liked: Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Too expensive for the room you get. £135 for a very basic, dated, room. Breakfast for a couple would bring this to around £170 a night which I find difficult to justify.

Liked: The rooms were very large comfortable and clean Wonderful friendly staff too
Disliked: The only problem we had was our walk in shower had very grimy grouting and the sealant didn’t look very good either.

Liked: Lady reception Staff amazing. Bed was very comfy. Nice big room.
Disliked: Wallpaper peeling off walls. Dirty tea cups in room. Spilled Tea on desk. Holes in bathroom walls. Dampness and mould on ceilings. Single glazed windows. Very noisy main street overnight with drunks. Freestanding shower didn't work at all but advertised in their photos. Was another shower over the bath.

Disliked: Room 22 - no water pressure - same problem in same room for 10 years!

Great Price but would not...

Liked: The bed was clean and comfortable. The room had facilities for making tea/coffee. The bathroom had been updated. It was lovely.
Disliked: The curtain shower! Kept sticking to us when showering. The bath had a mark on the base at the back that had not been cleaned properly. It was like a tide mark.The noise outside until 2am was ridiculous due to a bar just being a few doors up.
