Generally very happy except for...

Disliked: Accessibility: I use a small electric scooter and the first room we were given was not suitable. On day 2 they moved us to another room which was far better but still lacked safety rails in the bathroom. The Reception desk was up a step I couldn't climb, but they came to me and were very helpful.

Disliked: It didn’t have a hairdryer but reception were very helpful and supplied one .

Liked: Clean, modern, ideal location.
Disliked: Mattress was firmer than we are used to so we didn’t have a good nights sleep. The very narrow entrance to the car park at the rear needed careful guidance to prevent damage to our car.

Liked: The King's Arms is a lovely old pub right in the heart of Malmesbury, close to the Abbey.The rooms are comfy and well appointed.The hotel doesn't offer breakfast but there are good cafes close by.
