Fabulous would stay again

Liked: Localtion was lovely, right by the canal.Pub was great and the food was amazing . Room was small but perfect and decor was nice. Would definitely stay again

The best place to stay...

Liked: Convenient for NEC in a lovely quiet backwater. Next to beautiful canal. Staff are outstandingly attentive, rooms spot in and food fantastic. Easy 12 minute commute to NEC.
Disliked: Nothing.

Better than expected so well...

Liked: From the moment of arriving at the hotel to leaving I have found it extremely difficult to be negative. Parking was very easy, with lots of it, on entering the building everything looked very clean and well ordered, which it was throughout. Check in was swift, and pleasantly managed. Our room was fresh, clean with a descent sized shower/wc. The iron was a great asset for my wife! Both the bar and dining room were very well managed and the staff polite. We ate in the restaurant and found plenty of choice to suit us, which was well presented and of good quality and portion size. Breakfast was the same. All in all I would thoroughly recommend The King's Arm on this visit.
Disliked: On this visit nothing!

Superb food, comfy rooms, great...

Liked: Everything from being greeted at reception to checking out - all staff very friendly and helpful, great location, superb food, comfy communal seating areas, beautifully decorated room. Bathroom quite small (we were in Room 108) but majority of space in there was given to the shower, which was very roomy.
