The Kings Arms and Royal Hotel was originally built in the 17th-century. It offers 20 boutique-style rooms a bar and a restaurant serving traditional English food. Located in the heart of historic Godalming a Surrey market town the hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station as well as The Dolls House museum and Losely Park. The beautifully decorated rooms at the Kings Arms feature TVs Wi-Fi access and radios. Rooms include tea/coffee-making facilities and bathrooms with baths and showers. Friendly staff, comfy room and...

Liked: Great location, beautiful building and room!
Disliked: Even with a fan blasting out the room was hot at night and the window was set not to open very much.

Disliked: The room was so hot I didn't sleep, I know it was really hot at night on the nights I stayed, but the fan was small and didn't do anything.

Liked: Perfect location and super helpful and accommodating staff. 6 free parking spots. Gorgeous room with huge bath tub!
Disliked: The room was pretty hot, but they give you a fan to help

Comfortable and relaxing stay

Liked: Welcoming and friendly staff. Shower and facilities excellent. Breakfast was great, everything you needed and freshly cooked full English to start the day off. Location in Town Centre perfect for business trip.
Disliked: Room was very hot. limited ventilation as window restricted for safety reasons and only small fan. No air con. Some dust on table but otherwise ok.
