Liked: I really enjoyed the location of the hotel and the staff was friendly. Everything was walking distance, especially the broadway shows. Overall, it was good hotel and will be booking again for my trip in September.

Excellent stay would book again

Liked: Location, room, gym great. Lobby always smelt good.No breakfast or room service options but didn’t bother me too much. Maybe barista coffee downstairs could be a good addition.
Disliked: The gym was good but unbearably hot, I did ask for the heating to be turned down but nothing happened and you can’t control it from the gym.

Excellent Location and exceptional service

Liked: Great location, very good size room for New York and it was so clean. So close to Times Square right in the heart of New York, we walked from gran central to the hotel which took around 10 minutes which was great if you are using the subway. Very secure always staff in lobby or at the entrance. Staff are very helpful and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: No breakfast/ refreshments but it wasn’t a huge deal.
