Nice place but at this...

Liked: room was nice, clean and big and beautiful - even if furniture is a bit "run down"I loved the location of the hotel, and the lobby areas but no spa nor room service :(
Disliked: not much service (no spa, room service) and no coffee machine(maker) in 1 bedroom appartment ! Huuuge negative at this price!Too many dogs (which explains that carpets in corridor and furniture in room is a lil run down, I guess :(Very weird floorplan of the rooms as well - a bit confusing

Liked: Location of this hotel made it a short walk to every place we wanted to see. The beds were so comfortable compared with other hotels I have stayed at. It was very clean and I loved seeing all the pets from other guests.
Disliked: The high cost for parking.

Mainly I was disappointed about...

Liked: I love the location walkable to the river!
Disliked: I was here 3 years ago and I must say the 1st room was too small and not cleaned to the standard it was yrs ago but the staff moved us to another room and I was satisfied in room 331.

Liked: We liked the location of the hotel that's it.
Disliked: Only reason im not giving 1 star is because the staff were nice... We stayed here 10 years ago on the night of our wedding, they sent us to the wrong room, a conference room with a pull out bed. Had to get our real room. Decided to try it out for our 10th anniversary, got a room with a balcony, didn't have a balcony. Made a note saying we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, no one said happy anniversary to us... The AC wasn't working, it was 75° in our room and we had to call the maintenance person, he didn't get to us until 1am and the filter apparently was clogged up. He just pulled the air filter out and thats it. Took an hour to cool down. The bed was not comfortable. Then in the morning around 9:30am the housekeeping lady knocked and didnt speak English so she used google translator to ask us when we are leaving... She was nice though. It just seems like if someone is paying $250 a night, there should be more attention to details in the room and guests, especially celebrating something special. We are very disappointed that we spent $240 on this hotel.

Great pet friendly hotel in...

Liked: We have stayed here before. It is very pet friendly and in a great location. The restaurant is fantastic for breakfast. The hotel is a bit older but well maintained. Staff are pleasant. Will definitely be back when in town.
Disliked: nothing
