Liked: The staff was superb! From the lovely young lady at the front desk to the valet, everything was exceptional.

Clean, but had it not...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and it was a good location. The valet service was excellent.
Disliked: Either the hotel needs a better humidity system or every room needs a dehumidifier. The card in the room said I could ask for one but when I called the front desk they just said “we’ll see if we have one” and then I never heard back. The TV was fine but $24.99 for an on demand movie is robbery. Other hotels in the same value their have streaming you can log onto if you subscribe and a much larger channel offering. The restaurant for breakfast was fine, but I wish they had full coffee bar offerings not just espresso. Dinner however was so overvalued. I’m normally wary of hotel restaurants, so I often opt for cheaper plates. I had the peach and burrata salad and the peaches were canned. Peaches have way for color and flavor than that, even in the off season. Also I had Diet Coke and was charged for EACH refill, which in a place with a high price point is just greedy. The hotel in general needs some basic maintenance like painting and mold removal (this especially on the restaurant ceiling).

Very pleasant by the pool.

Liked: The pool, but was disappointed that I could not charge things to the room (as who brings cash to a hotel pool).
Disliked: The courtyard was scruffy, and the walls and windows need to be painted.

It was ok, but in...

Liked: Proximity was excellent.
Disliked: Went for a relaxing trip to celebrate and had a room with an adjoining door and listened to screaming kids. More dogs there than people it felt like. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, you may want to look elsewhere.

Liked: The property is beautiful and very clean. There are so many nice amenities
Disliked: The valley parking is very expensive. It’s $49 and that’s the only option there is street parking but there’s never any spots available but if you book on booking.com they give you free parking, which is awesome.
