Disliked: We booked this hotel as on the website said they have super king bed(180-210cm). When we arrived we have got a double bed(140cm) and they said however they have 3 rooms w bigger bed but none available. So why could we book it?! They said it is just bad luck that we did not arrive earlier so we could have the room w bigger bed- what we booked! So we stayed 1 night, which was awful and checked to the different hotel for an other night. Selling something what they don’t have for higher price, did not like that.

Liked: The hotel was in a central location close to shops and public transport - it offered breakfast and dinner and gym and pool facilities especially the sauna and indoor pool
Disliked: The room did not have a mini fridge so if you did not want to use their restaurant you could not buy food from a supermarket and eat it in the room. I also went in an unusual hot week and the lack of an air con was gravely felt (i had to make sure i left the room early in the morning and came back late in the evening to be able to rest otherwise the room was too hot)The outdoor pool was dirty and had stuff in it and the gym is a small room filled with one treadmill, one bike, one stepper and very few weights so only suitable for light weight users, cardio and bodyweight exercises

Disliked: We didn’t like the fact that the parking was not included in the hotel price.Second thing is that the room doesn’t have a hair dryer.

Disliked: You have to pay extra for parking. Old school hairdryer that kept overheating and cutting out.

Disliked: The bathroom was not clean, found hair and stains in the bathtub on arrival. No sound isolation, could not sleep on the first night because we could hear the neighbours slamming doors, chatting, walking around, watching TV, etc.
