Superb

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Food was really good, my partner loved the beef brisket breakfast! It was great to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.

Disliked: The man when we checked in said one room wasn’t paid for when we had paid months ago !

Liked: Nice cosy room. Love the old beans going across the ceiling, nicely decorated and clean.
Disliked: Little bit noisy from the traffic. So kept the window shut.

Handy hotel

Liked: Great shower, clean bathroom Lovely spacious room, nice exposed brick and beams.Friendly staffHandy location for Harrogate
Disliked: Room was so hot, maybe we were over the kitchen? Thank goodness for the desk fan.
