the whole experience was wonderful

Liked: the room was very nice but the AC did not work properly
Disliked: the AC did not work but I opened the window and was comfortable

I would not stay here...

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: The air conditioning wasn’t working. The food at the restaurant was not very good. The only vegetarian option was unavailable

Liked: We usually like this hotel but the last few times we’ve been there the room has been not ideal
Disliked: I don’t like when we have a room off the pool area so no window looking outside. And the AC was broken.

Lovely staff/ amenities, room itself...

Liked: Conveniently located. Staff are very welcoming and offer complimentary champagne at check in. Pool and sauna are nice! Overall everything was clean.
Disliked: Our room was on the first floor. There was a sliding glass door in the back of our room leading to some hallway- my guess is towards the courtyard or pool- but it was locked with a bar (kinda creepy lol). Our room was extremely humid despite having control of the thermostat. Overall the room felt dingy and uncomfortable. My friends stayed on a different floor and enjoyed their stay a bit more.
