Very good

Liked: Excellent location for our function. Josie was very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good breakfast. Again Josie was very flexible with our breakfast requests.
Disliked: The streets adjacent to this one were very run down.

Liked: Location was fairly quiet, a small walk to the promenade. Lovely room-enough drawers and space to put your suitcase etc. Clean and had what you needed.Landlady was friendly
Disliked: Check in could have been smoother-due to the landlady’s personal circumstances which couldn’t be helped-but was able to leave my bags. Also another couple were waiting outside which I then had to let in as no one came to the door bell and they hadn’t received a code to get in. Shower was a bit small to manoeuvre around but not much you can do about that-liked everything else.Bed was a bit hard but the actual furnishings etc were comfortable.

Liked: This was our second stay and we will be returning again very soon! We opted for the breakfast and it was delicious. Rooms are very cosy, clean and modern and Josie is great (owner)We feel very welcome here almost home to home experience and I love how near it is to the centre.
