Worst stay

Disliked: Our stay at the property was our worst experience ever at an accommodation. We were not informed that home owners would also be staying at the property itself, and there would be other guests as well. Secondly, there was no noise rules mentioned earlier in the terms and conditions but the owner were again and again coming in our rooms and kitchen asking us to stay quiet. Thirdly, in the morning we got late by some 20 mins, they stopped the flow of hot water in the washroom. One of us had to bath with cold water in extremely cold weather. It felt like harassment. They talked to us inappropriately, they used abusive language with us. Also, heaters were switched off in rooms by 10 pm, it was very cold. This rule was not mentioned earlier. It was a very bad experience and I expect some action should be taken by booking.com.

Liked: The guesthouse has a great location, close to the city centre (about 15 minute walk).The room was very clean and cosy with lovely decor. Absolutely no problem with the main street; was quiet enough at night!
