Nice and comfortable

Liked: Spacious room with all the amenities
Disliked: Wonky glass shelf in the bathroom

Very good

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Easy access to places around. Easy to move to some places like the ferry jetty and some places in town by foot.
Disliked: The standing shower was small and not easy when taking a shower. We stayed on level 3, and it was tough lugging our luggage down 3 levels.

Great value hotel.

Liked: Great location. No fuss value hotel and perfect for 3 guys on mountain biking weekend. Staff really friendly.

A really nice problem-free stay!...

Liked: The staff were friendly, very welcoming and accommodating. The facilities were better than expected, we especially liked the “kitchen” facilities in our room. We asked for an early breakfast, and the staff delivered an excellent and generous buffet breakfast in a basket the previous evening.
Disliked: On street parking wasn’t a problem, but required payment before 6pm

Great location for our return...

Liked: The rooms were very clean and well presented, this hotel was used for a pit stop on our West Coast Islands tour, very easy to find at rear of the Calmac Ferry Terminal, and so convenient for us as we came off the Ferry from Mull.
Disliked: Water pressure in toilet and sink was very poor as we were on the top floor, but shower was off the mains, so was ok

Good

Liked: Walking distance everywhere within the beautiful city of Oban, especially the Oban Ferry Terminal, where we were able to take a breathtaking tour to see Fingals Cave, Isles of Staffa/Iona/Mull!
Disliked: Hotel is slightly outdated, no elevator (just for future if you have trouble with stairs). But clean, nonetheless! No major complaints, as it did the job to spend most of the days exploring Oban, and to come back to a cozy room looking out onto the water/terminal.
