The customer service was excellent...

Liked: Loved old restored building. Bell Boy/Valet un packed my Highlander placed items on cart and brought to my room! Then brought luggage in room! We had room with view. It was like how Hotels used to be! We will definitely stay there again in our next trip to beautiful Downtown Birmingham!The bed had to be good cause I didn’t wake up with backache. Good beds!
Disliked: No complaints

OK, but wouldn't stay again.

Liked: Location was OK. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Floors were sticky. No curtains on the bathroom, which was weird when you had to put the lights on to use the bathroom at night.

Excellent and memorable!

Liked: One of the most unique hotels we’ve stayed in over the years! It makes me think of the French Quarter in New Orleans! Incredibly cute! Incredible staff!
Disliked: You could hear the street noises even though we were up four floors. But we didn’t mind it. If I needed a lot of rest, however, it would probably annoy me.

Disliked: For the price I expected a cleaner room. There were dust bunnies and the desk felt grime like it hadn’t been cleaned. Our tv also didn’t work.
