Liked: Location. Price. Bathroom was very broad size; it was a room for a Disabled Person with hand- rails on the wall by the toilet and it was simple to get in/out of the shower.
Disliked: - There was no information at the desk, front of the hotel, or in the room regarding where to get meals or food. The person at the desk couldn't provide any suggestions. We ended up going back out driving around until finding something. - the bed was a disaster. It was too low to the ground and very difficult to get into and even more horrible getting out of. - the coffee just didn't seem to taste very good in the morning after difficulty sleeping on the hard bed, which needs a mattress beneath the top mattress. (The top mattress was in need of replacement or fluffing? it was hard and had a few areas where it appeared to have been worn down.)After difficulty sleeping on that bed and experiencing the lack of assistance from the employees, and having stayed at other Hiltons in the past, I just cannot recommend this one as a high rated place to stay. A cheaper price hotel would most likely provide a very much more comfortable bed, a desk at which to work and a full breakfast in the morning.

Liked: It's pretty much in the center of the city
Disliked: One of our rooms was too dirty so we got a different one. Very strange odor in the other room which disappeared after running the AC and water for some time. We assume much of the odor came from the water pipes. All in all an expensive place with not enough value but tremendous potential.

Liked: It's a very nice, clean hotel. The location is decent and around plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: It's an overpriced hotel, the rooms are small with no fridge, or microwave. The vending machines were out of order and you had to go all the way down to the restaurant just for a cup of ice. The restaurant that's in the hotel has nothing great to offer as far as meals. I had to request a microwave that was dusty and pulled from only God knows where. I don't think it is at all worth what they charge per night. I definitely will NOT stay at this hotel ever again!

Liked: The hotel has a chic vibe. The ambience was phenomenal. My room felt cozy and spacious. I loved the decor and the historic feel the hotel has. Valet was very helpful. Sylvia at the Calico restaurant/bar was nice and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Liked: Everything was perfect and Jay the bartender was like the icing on the cake he was such a joy to converse with and he kept the good times rolling me and my wife are definitely looking forward to seeing you all again

The whole place reeked of mildew, like the AC was pumping out moldy air on purpose.The staff? Unhelpful at best, rude at worst. Any question was met with eye rolls and shrugs.
