Liked: All was excellent
Disliked: Tried to book another reservation online and cell was dying so called Kanata website and was quoted the same rate as Trivago and Booking. However when I went to provide credit card I was told by Carlos that it is in USD. I could not accept another 40% in rate when the rate was already the highest in the area so we booked down the road. As a CFO, I find this extremely strange and hope management looks into it if this is not the directive. Unfortunately you have lost a customer that stays 2 to 4 x a month. Not a good biz practice. Thought someone should know what’s going on. Ian Cordner

Excellent, our number one choice...

Liked: Great place, very comfortable and clean with the friendliest staff.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet could be improved upon, eggs and hash browns were sitting too long.

Friendly staff on arrival during...

Liked: “Port in storm” stay when weather too much for intended camping. Appreciate being able to bring bicycle into room for safe keeping
Disliked: Very loud air conditioning in room, and outside, the main building HVAC units very loud

Very nice stay!

Liked: It's in a great location and quiet. The staff are really great and accommodating. This time we had our cat with us, and it was no problem. Our cat loved this hotel too!
Disliked: We normally love the hotel, but we're not sure if the sheets weren't cleaned properly or it was the lighting. They looked a bit yellowish in places. We also didn't like that there was a wall that blocked the windows. Otherwise it was great!! Normally it is very clean!!
