Disappointing

Liked: The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was nice. It had a convenient coffee shop in there along with a bar.
Disliked: I booked 3 different rooms, and in all rooms, the restroom doors did not completely shut and lock for privacy. I went down to ask if we could get someone to check this for us, and nobody ever showed up. I dont recall ever seeing the bar open out of the 5 nights I stayed there. When asked for room service, they dont normally go clean. You would have to ask for exactly what it is you are requesring. The rooms were very hot and took a very long time to cool. I was told the ac would turn on when movement was sensed since these are motion sensors, and this was the same for all 3 rooms.

Disliked: That you have to call and request your room to be cleaned despite having a light system on your door in place to request cleaning and the linens that were on my bed were not cleaned prior to my stay.

Disliked: The pool was kind of dirty & the pool bar area was not open during the time of my visit. A lot of scratches on the walls

Nice room but NO hotel...

Liked: Room was clean upon arrival, but we stayed a full week and housekeeping didn't come once -- even when we put the little light on outside our door. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper at the front desk.
Disliked: This is barely functioning as a hotel right now and I understand it has been seized by creditors, so it's unclear if they have any management strategy at all. Bar and restaurant are not operational. No housekeeping service for a full week. The poolis open but unclean -- globs of human hair floating in it for 4 days.
