Great hotel with large comfortable,...

Liked: Very large, clean and comfortable room - I was upgraded on arrival. Slept very well for entire stay. Great to have kitchen and washer/ dryer facilities in my room. Loved the hotel pool. Reception staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay very much. Located within walking distance of everywhere i needed to go.
Disliked: all good thanks. Appreciated the upgrade very much.

Clean rooms, easily walkable down...

Liked: Close to French quarter. Clean, large room - was easily able to work from the room remotely.
Disliked: Felt a little intimidated walking back to the hotel in the dark at night by myself. Don’t wonder off canal street if it’s dark.

The overall stay was good...

Liked: The hotel was very nice. I would definitely come back and stay again. The staff when I checked in (Brandi) was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Property only had one functioning elevator, and it was a very busy weekend for the property. And housekeeping wasn’t very good. Had to keep calling for things such as towels, face clothes, soap, room service etc. and when they cleaned they only emptied the trash and took a dirty towel and just wiped out the shower and that was it. No cleaning the shower, the toilet etc.
