Disappointing stay at a hotel...

Liked: The rooms were large. It was a clean hotel. Rooftop pool was good. Location was ok.
Disliked: No bar facilities for 4 days. On 3 days The bar opened but only for 3 hours. Broken vending machines. Broken in room safe. Pool bar closed. Restaurant closed. We were not make aware of any of these things.

Great hotel, great location

Liked: I loved the front desk staff! They were so friendly the entire stay. The coffee shop was good & the location was within walking distance of Bourbon Street.
Disliked: The bathroom sink didn’t have hot water & whenever I requested for my room to be cleaned they only gave me fresh towels. They didn’t speak English, so it was hard to communicate.

Disliked: Everything was fine except one thing .The phone to reach the front desk was not working
