Memorable holiday.

Liked: Staff are very kind. Locations is amazing. Rooms are specious and super clean. Breakfast was great. Specially for the little ones.
Disliked: I can’t say I didn’t like. I just realized windows from the ceiling ( as our room was penthouse) was not meant for someone like myself. I felt walls were coming on me. And I so wish I asked to move. But that’s from my end.

Liked: i liked how was the apartment so spacious, clean, everything was available in the pantry.
Disliked: The only thing i didn't like in the apartment was the AC, it was only in the living room and i had to keep the room doors open so the air flows in, it take time for the room to get cool.Another thing was, on 17/07/2025 around 10:00pm i went to the reception and asked kindly if they provide any panadol or headache medicine, the staff at that night shift wasn't friendly and answered (no we dont have we are not doctors to give medicines) , he can kindly say no sorry or i can tell your where the pharmacy is, but no he was rude.

Memorable stay

Liked: Overall I did like most of the hotel facilities given to us as well as the room and the services given. The room was quite large and well decorated, the staff were welco.ed and willing to assist, I really recommend others to stay in the hotel they won't regret.
Disliked: Nothing in particular.
