Wasting money

Disliked: The room was very very dirty,toilet was disgusting not clean at all when we arrived.Atmosphere there was such a horrible experience,we couldn’t manage to take a rest because the stairs was next to our room and was not quite and comfortable.

Regret booking

Liked: Chavvy cheap decor. Karaoke. £10 parking. Took my car keys off me on check in til check out!!!! Noise outside until 1am. couldn,t sleep. Reception locked at night, no reception at night. Stunk of paint. Unsmart scruffy staff. More like a hostel. Dated bathroom. No bath. Small room.
Disliked: Everything. Regret booking. Waste of money.

Liked: Room was lovely and clean, expected size due to amount paid.
Disliked: Great visit, staff helpful.

Glad this time we only...

Liked: Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We came back from a lovely day out to find our bedroom door wide open with a chair holding it there, it was a big shock as all of our personal things were in there. Outside the window on the ledge a table had appeared from nowhere ? Also to make things even worse we got woken up at 1.30am by slamming doors and people shouting , swearing, banging in the room above and running up and down the stairs this went on until 3.30am , and the table that was outside our window had gone ( we were not on the ground floor ) the thought of someone being outside and also in our room was not nice at all and being that we are older lady’s now quite frightening.

Liked: Location primary to where I needed to be
Disliked: Room was tired, felt dirty and unhygienic and was cold - turned the radiator up and that did work but so much heat wasd lost straight out of the room through the drafty window that the room remained cold - so much so that had to sleep with most of clothes on
