Liked: Nice suites
Disliked: We booked as it had a nice pool only to be told that it was 600 dollars to be able to sit anywhere and they had to be booked in advance - DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE JUST FOR THE POOL

Great place to stay with...

Liked: We had a terrace room which was great as you can check out the view from your balcony
Disliked: It annoyed me that we had to ask for tea and coffee making facilities and then we had to go and buy our own tea bags.

Liked: the breakfast was good
Disliked: there charged me the rooms twice, I reached in the night to check in on the 20th instead of the 18th. They informed me that there was no booking and they charged me again for the room.

Mini bed on top spot!

Liked: Location is very good!
Disliked: Be aware of the size of a king-size bed in The Joule (about 140 cm and can be less)! Else it does not fit into the room…..

Upscale hotel in downtown Dallas,...

Liked: Upscale hotel in downtown Dallas, 1/4 walk from JFK assassination site, with a few restaurants and snack bars in the vicinity.
Disliked: Ex-post, they charged me twice the parking overnight w/o any reason for a total 119$ one night.

Liked: Clean, safe, and amazing staff!!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I discovered that I left my kindle in my room. Director of Security, David, overnighted it to me.

Disliked: The parking and wasn’t made aware of valet fees the next morning prior to. Not enough Bang for your buck imo
