Liked: Great corner room with downtown scene. Restaurants and bar on site are top-notch.
Disliked: Pricey, but worth it. Room layout was a little weird (had to walk through bathroom to get to bed)

Liked: The staff once I checked in was very accommodating. Loved our drivers and concierge service. The location was great.
Disliked: I have stayed at a lot of boutique hotels. I chose these hotels because of the amenities and special things they do for their guests. However, I was VERY disappointed in this hotel. Here is a list why: 1. no coffee pot in the room- when asked, if there was one they said they could send one up but the coffee would be a charge to our room through room service. To me this should be complimentary already. 2. There is nothing special about the room or the item items in the room. Most boutique hotels have special amenities and bar items. 3. I booked this room through booking.com and told them I was needing a room for three people. The room it recommended was the petite joule. I noticed it only had a full bed. I called the HOTEL and asked if a roll away was available and they said yes it would accommodate that size room. So I booked it for my sister, mom and I for MY BIRTHDAY weekend. I was called on Sunday to be told that the room would not accommodate a rollaway and that we would have to upgrade to bigger room for $90.00 per room. I was frustrated and expressed this to Marna and she was SO Rude to me on the phone and did not even care it was my birthday weekend or not and she stated we aren't responsible for third part vendors. She also to me ...." You didnt let me finish my sentence" which I thought was rude, considering she knew I was frustrated and disappointed to here the news she called about. Anyways for the amount of $ the rooms costs overall, the hotel was a major disappointment for me and I wouldn't stay there again. The NYLO is so much better and way more friendly on your pocket book.

Liked: I loved the beauty of the lobby and room, loved it was almost next door to NiemannMarcus. The real jewel at the Joule are the wonderful staff.
Disliked: I had a problem with the bathtub spray apparatus so I took a rain shower instead and that was the best.

Liked: You had me at hello.... already the friendly valet staff made me feel so at home and it just went on from there. The staff is very proffessional and friendly in a warm way. The concierge service was great, a special thanks to Paige!
The hotel is an art exhibition and the atmosphere in the lobby is open and inviting, like a gallery opening.
The "bell boy" was very helpful and when arriving to the room, he explained the different functionalities ( lightning, aircon, services...) and ensured I had everything I needed.
I had a Deluxe room, good size for 2 persons and I liked the layout. Big shower (no bath tube) and lovely toiletteries. ( the body lotion smells divine and the conditioner was really good). Small details made my stay special, like the "Joule magazine" in the room with insider tips.
I didnt go the pool, but the gym was very modern and well equipped.
Next time Im in Dallas, Ill be staying at the Joule. My new luxury home away from home.
Disliked: The only downside for me was that, that most places in that area of Dallas are closed on Sunday's.

Liked: breakfast at COB
Disliked: very small room, dirty windows.....slow service (no room service by 12 am)...and that at a price of 450 USD per night.....very poor....

Disliked: Maybe better for business than pleasure. Right in the heart of downtown, but it seems that Dallas has many "hearts". If you are looking for a classy comfortable place with no pretentiousness, this is the place!

Liked: The staff and service overall was great and the facilities and rooms were of a very high standard. The town car was an added bonus which just added to the overall experience which was fantastic!

Liked: All members of the staff were very friendly & helpful. The complimentary champagne during Friday happy hour was a great added bonus.
Disliked: Our one complaint is we ordered room service & the food was cold.
