Liked: I liked every single piece of the hotel from the reception to the in lusive breakfast and the seldom seen Black bear just meandering across the slopes right in front of our bedroom window - Totally Awesome
Disliked: Having to leave the hotel and the area of Rossland

Spectacular views

Liked: Gorgeous modern West coast style hotel with big rooms, excellent bathroom and dining room. Off season rates made it great value. Wonderful views of Red Mountain chairlift and runs.
Disliked: The quality of bed and sheets was not what I would have expected in such a nice hotel. The The bed was poorly made which added to the issue.

Liked: Only 5 minutes from town, being off season was super quiet. Customer Service was amazing and a very smooth check in and check out, room was absolutely amazing, beds super comfy and breakfast was so delicious

Liked: New, clean, well appointed rooms. Good food in the restaurant. Right on the ski hill, if you’re a skier….
Disliked: Nothing except, I booked on Booking.com. The package I chose included breakfast which the property denied me at check in. To make matters worse, the property did not offer to resolve this for me. They made me contact Booking.com myself, which I did. In fact my breakfast was included. Booking.com contacted the property immediately and the issue was resolved. I was happy with the Booking.com service but unhappy with the properties reluctance to resolve it.
