Liked: Large heated Pool very clean .. room was clean.
Disliked: minor, inexpensive upgrades to the room could be much better.

Amazing

Liked: Breakfast bar , pool, staff was friendly and accommodating
Disliked: No hot water

Disliked: The beds weren't very comfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a pull out couch

Location

Liked: Location is perfect. 1 block to the beach. There's a splash pad 1 block away for kids to enjoy. Pool was clean, rooms were clean. No carpeting was great. Staff were so welcoming and want everyone to have a relaxing time. You can use facilities when you arrive if the room isn't ready and same on check out day. You can stay and use pool as long as you want. Complimentary coffee every morning and a cafe to grab a breakfast or lunch.
Disliked: My biggest complaint is there wasn't enough hot water for everyone showering at dinner time. When I called the desk, their answer was wait and hour and try again. That's unacceptable. You should have a boiler large enough to accommodate everyone at same time. The beds were not great. (6 inch foam mattress.)

Superb

Liked: The pool was very clean and nice to have the accommodations available the day you check out if you wanted to use the pool and parking. Our room was nice and clean also. Front desk was very helpful and prompt with our AC issue. Beach is 1 block away.
Disliked: Would like to have been a lil closer to the boardwalk but using the Jitney made things easily accessible.
