Can't wait to stay here...

Liked: Everything. The staff were amazing, the room was great, the bath was huge, the garden view and the breakfast choice was exceptional

Liked: I was travelling in Auckland New Zealand and mistakenly booked a hotel in Auckland UK.... When I realized, I emailed the hotel ahead of time and they told me they would refund the money but I have not received it and I wonder if it went back to Booking.com?
