Visiting our daughter

Liked: Absolutely beautiful property it’s like a museum. We failed to note the dress code, and yes it was sent to us. My husband had packed only shorts, as it was so hot. I went to breakfast by myself and the staff were so kind and gave me a coffee and breakfast to take for my husband
Disliked: Would have appreciated air conditioning as it was 27 degrees

Fabulous!

Liked: Historic, beautifully furnished, lots or racing memorabilia, with stunning gardens and centrally located. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again. A great base to explore the area.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like!

A little disappointing.

Liked: The bacon was undercooked - I asked for very crispy. The slices of toast were very small and the croissants cold. It was not good value for £22.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise coming from a nearby pub or party which went on late into the night.There were not enough milk on our room tray.
