Clean, comfortable and convenient

Liked: Clean, quiet, staff were friendly and helpful, location was convenient to public transportation.
Disliked: Was in a busy tourist area, but that was also a plus!

Efficient, comfortable, centrally located.

Liked: Management, desk staff, maintenance all exceptional. Those considering should be aware protocol here is no daily maid service. That said all responsive, regarding requests!

Good Value. Back rooms are...

Liked: Had to change room after check in due to excesive noise. Second room was better but not what I expected. They offered to change to a quieter room but for a $20 per night surcharge, but I didn't accept

I will recommend this place...

Liked: The location and the free amenities. The staff are nice except for the cleaning lady. As you walk in the hotel, the receptionist gives you a warm smile. The scent of the hotel is so good too. I feel like they thought if anything a traveler will need such as the espresso machine that available 24/7, the free water with bottles on every floor and the availability if the washer and dryer just incase you need it, with free soap too! The room size as well, so big! But the best part is the location! Photos were taken from the room window. St. Patricks on the left side and Rockefeller across. Radio City to the right (not in the photo?

Wonderful hotell!

Liked: There was no wait time for elevators; no crowding. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Everything was run efficiently. The room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: Not applicable. We already booked again for next year.
