Affordable base camp to explore...

Liked: The location across from Rockefeller Center is excellent and the price was reasonable. The staff ensured we had a quiet room on the backside of the hotel as requested, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an affordable base camp to explore the city.
Disliked: The room was a bit dated, but that didn’t bother us at all. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Great location, great price
Disliked: Old furniture, old hotel in general. There is no reception, you have to make your own checkin and checkout. No cleaning for some of the days.

Charged double by hotel, 3...

Liked: Location, balcony views. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I have been charged double for my stay, and it has been weeks and the hotel have still not refunded me. I have raised it with management, and still nothing. Hopefully a public review will help kick them into gear to sort this mess.

Fun stay in NYC at...

Liked: Great room size and amenities. Location is perfect with easy access to shopping , dining and theater. Staff very friendly
Disliked: Lobby very minimalist. Wish there would have been a kiosk there with snacks and beverages.
