One night at Jericho Hotel

Liked: The room was spacious and tidy. The location was also convenient, just 15-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute from the city centre and the university.
Disliked: Just one comment on the bathroom. I found the bathroom's light on and couldn't switch it off (I couldn't find the switch). In the end I just shut the door to prevent the light coming into the bedroom.

Really enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The cleanliness, the quiet the location and the simplicity.
Disliked: Wifi was not that good.

The worst ‘hotel ‘ I...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: A nasty lodging house with a very rude person in the restaurant, next door, from which the key is retrieved: Denied all knowledge of the ‘hotel’ owner (his relative) when I asked for my money back.

Nice quiet retreat away the...

Liked: Having stayed here before, I was happy that I got the same room as I had before. All clean & tidy and just as it should be. Easy to book in at the restaurant on the corner, next door and a main entrance a few metres away, up a short covered set of steps. This place is about 10 minutes Taxi away from Oxford Station (with heavy bags), about 20 minutes walk via the town or 30 minutes walk along the river & canal via a couple of interesting pubs with a ruck sack and spare time before booking in. Its pot luck if you drive, there aren't any dedicated parking spaces.
Disliked: I don't think there was anything I didn't like about my visit this time.

Disliked: Listed phone number not in service. Hard to get in touch with staff to check in. Lumpy beds and thin pillows

Liked: You get what you pay for. It’s ok for the price. Great location close to bus and train to London.
Disliked: Shaggy carpet and very few power outlets. But again- you get what you pay for.

Disliked: Although great location for the city there was nowhere to park long term near the hotel.
