Disliked: Extremely loud guests in lobby - the volume echoes through the stairwell. Because there are no staff on duty no one is able to resolve these sorts of issues.

Wonderful and quaint. Excellent location.

Liked: Breakfast not available but referral was appreciated.
Disliked: Different levels in the bathroom. But didnot have a problem with it.

I would like to stay...

Liked: The online aspect of check-in, service, and check-out is unusual and somewhat challenging. If service is needed, it is comforting to be able to rely on staff members who are reliably present. In our case, the staff members were present when we needed them.
Disliked: The hotel location in the middle of a quaint community with attractive Amtrak station just two minutes away is very appealing. The indoor and outdoor public spaces were somewhat spartan. They could be more decorative. More outdoor flowers in front and more green (trees, bushes) in back would be good.

Liked: The location was fantastic, and checkin was super easy. The staff were super communicative even though we never saw them. The rooms were huge and clean, although a few small things needed attention to detail (shower wash was out).
