Lovely stay

Liked: Its a very nicely decorated historic house, spacious rooms, with a big porch and back garden. The staff is very attentive. It is also very well located.
Disliked: Unfortunately the front of house and porche now overlooks a parking lot. Trees do not cover the parking lot yet. But this is compensated with the nice house and staff, and very good location.

It was a charming hotel...

Liked: The breakfast and location were excellent. They brought the breakfast to our room every morning. It felt like a bed-and-breakfast, but you still had your privacy when you ate breakfast which I really liked.
Disliked: I liked everything, but If I could say one thing, the house had its charm and character, but I would recommend doing a little updating on the caulking in the bathrooms and things like that to keep it lasting for many more years but overall it was still in really good shape.

Wonderful stay

Liked: Loved the location. Easy to walk to and from, close to all the great things downtown including restaurants and bars. Loved the courtyard and honestly loved the location on the room.
Disliked: The staff had their moments. The bed was uncomfortable for me but my husband liked it so probably just a me issue.

Could be a gem! Great...

Liked: Perfect location on quiet street. Close to everything within easy walking distance.
Disliked: While I was impressed with the staff and the breakfast & happy hour offerings, my courtyard room was in dire need of refresh. Dark duty walls, dust and mold in the shower. Also the beautiful courtyard was not swept of leaves and just seemed unkept on a daily basis. That said, the house is beautiful & historic, just needs attention.
