Overall a lovely stay in...

Liked: Location was fantastic. Rooms were very clean with comfy beds. Coffee and pastries in the morning and cheese and wine in the evenings was lovely. Used items (up to $10) in the minibar daily as we were being charged for this anyway. Most of the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The roof top bar seems like a good idea however the noise from this goes straight down the lift shaft and is VERY loud in the corridors. We were checking in late due to our flight time only to be told that the only room available was on the floor below the bar, even though we requested a quite room. We should have checked into another hotel, it was horrific! Also the receptionist LIED about what time the bar was closing. She gave us free earplugs but they didn't help. However we were moved the next day. After a huge mix up with moving our luggage to the new room which the staff were arranging we eventually ended up in a lovely room.

Liked: The most disrespectful manager and employees and as soon as you mention booking.com the manager said you should have booked directly and became nasty and rude. Disgusting.
Disliked: Read above . How about common courtesy

Tired, slow, inexperienced and arrogant

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: Everything. The staff was slow and unresponsive. It took four calls over a day and a half to get my window in the room fixed, it took 10 rings before someone answered the guest services phone, and it took another four calls to get a bellman to my room for a request and then he went to the wrong room. Additionally the bartenders and staff at the rooftop bar were arrogant, rude and acted bothered.

Liked: Location of hotel
Disliked: No remote for the television. Called down to front desk multiple times and never brought to our room. On our last day, we were able to get a remote.
