Our stay

Liked: Very courteous front desk and staff. They upgraded us for first time visitors. There is little perks in the room. Would stay again.
Disliked: I don?t really have anything to say other than there should be a shoe matt at the balcony door. Felt bad for getting floor dirty.

Liked: The breakfast and staff serving us was wonderful. Safety in getting to our floor and to the breakfast room made our stay worry free.
Disliked: OK even if I did give you an excellent rate, here are some issues I had Security and safety lights in the ceiling. I know safety is important but when I am trying to go to sleep the last thing I want is to look up and see 3 different safety features flashing at me. Very annoying. would be nice to have a vanity mirror in the bathroom, luckily I travel with my own. A night light in the bathroom would be a great feature, as turning on the lights to use the facility tends to wake one up. With the vanity mirror, most of the ones I have seen in hotel have a light attachment, voila two issues resolved. I tend to leave the mirror light on in the night so it acts as a night night.

Liked: Beautiful hotel - the staff was beyond amazing.
Disliked: The bar lounge was kind of lousy - drinks were $11 and I had to beg for our table of 8 to even get a server to come to us. I think it was the group we were with.
