Why Concert-goers love it

The Jade’s unbeatable location near Earls Court Station means you'll be just a quick Tube ride from central London music venues like the Royal Albert Hall, O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, or even the O2 Arena. Despite its central spot, the hotel sits on a quiet street — perfect for winding down after a loud night. While check-in starts at 15:30, the central location makes early luggage drop-off a breeze, and the calm, well-appointed rooms offer just the kind of post-gig recharge you’ll want.

Nightlife Options

You're a short walk or Tube ride from some of London’s most vibrant nightlife. From classic pubs to trendy cocktail bars, you'll find plenty of pre- or post-concert hangouts nearby. While The Jade doesn’t host live music or have a bar on-site, its location makes it easy to find the night vibe you're looking for.

What People Say

Guests love the spotless rooms, luxurious showers, and quiet setting just off the busy main road. Many mention the fantastic transport links and the thoughtful touches like quality bedding, air conditioning, and super friendly staff. The mini kitchens are also a hit for those staying longer or wanting to eat in.

Areas for Improvement

Rooms at The Jade are compact by London standards — fine for a short stay, but maybe a squeeze if you're traveling with a lot of gear. There's no on-site bar or restaurant, and check-out is a bit early at 10:30, so plan your recovery time accordingly!

Terrible. The worst.

Liked: Nightmare. Only the location can be considered a plus, otherwise it’s a neglected place long past its prime in a bad need of renovation.
Disliked: Floor falling apart, dirty pillows, strangers hair on a “clean towel”, instead of the door peephole there was just a hole filled with paper. Photos here are absolutely misleading and dated.

No frills, but location was...

Liked: It’s very minimalist in terms of amenities (no breakfast, the room was tight) but the location was AMAZING. It was just a place to sleep and it did the job. There was bag ‘storage’ as it was stowed in the the lobby after check out as we explored London until our flight
Disliked: The room was very tight/small

Pleasant

Liked: Good location. Clean room.
Disliked: Incredibly small room! Not meant for 2 people. I wouldn’t mind staying for a short visit as a solo traveler, but not for 2 people

Good location, but accommodation is...

Liked: The location is fantastic - steps from Earl's Court tube station, walking distance to Kensington Gardens, and many other attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: The room is ridiculously small, as is the bathroom (airplane-size sink, etc.). The room would be tight for one person, definitely not comfortable for two. Given that there was one of everything (plate, fork, knife, cup), I do believe it is meant for a single person. It was the only place in our month-long European travel where we could not have breakfast in the room - just no space.

Liked: I did not like anything.
Disliked: EVERYTHING.The beds, the floors, the walls, the bathroom everything was dirty. The room stank. The wifi did not work. The small lights did not work.

Ok for single traveller.

Liked: Location was great.
