Would not recommend

Liked: Location was convenient and the bathroom was adequate and clean
Disliked: The room was tiny and looked nothing like the pictures, the floor boards were lifting up and after walking on the floor I saw how dirty it was. The room was very stuffy and the air con did not work so it was an unpleasant night.

Not bad but minor improvements...

Liked: we booked the comfort double room , as per the description it was not so big , which however we expected , but there was just enough space for two people . The bed was very comfortable and ensured a good sleep all through our stay . A daily room service was provided which ensured that the room was regularly cleaned and towels changed . The staff was very accommodating as despite check in is at 2 pm, they agreed to keep our luggage while we went to explore the area and came back at night . walking distance ( around 5 -6 mins ) from Earls court station we were there in summer so the A.C was very handy to keep the room cool at all times .
Disliked: The rooms being back to back, we unfortunately could hear our neighbours and vice versa .You have to be careful not to put the tv too loud as that might disturb others . The shower door could not be closed properly so water would easily spill to the whole bathroom . Shower gel and shampoo was not regularly renewed .

Disliked: Rooms are much smaller in reality, does the job, but not that comfortable.

Liked: The location was excellent for getting to the tube, a block away, grocery store, restaurants all nearby.
