My second stay at this...

Liked: Don’t desk staff was awesome.
Disliked: There was a lot of construction in the area which started early in the morning. Wish I knew this before arriving. For the price it was disappointing.

Superb

Liked: Nice location, modern rooms and amazing pool area! Perfect stay!
Disliked: Maybe need a few more sun loungers around the pool but other than that great! Just check re the resort fee… they forgot to take it off the bill but all resolved over email :)

Liked: Great location, pleasant and helpful front desk staff
Disliked: On our second morning at breakfast our waiter was rude & slow, and our food was cold. The outcome almost appeared intentional, and it soured our experience for our stay. If your waiters don't want to serve your guests, then don't put them out front dealing with the customers. Eventually we asked other wait staff to help us because our original waiter never came back to our table--until he brought us the check with a smile on his face. This one guy probably cost Jacquard our repeat business, especially given the high costs.

I wouldn’t stay again, juice...

Liked: Beds very comfortable.
Disliked: Room was warm no airflow. The pool was a disappointment, the hotel opens it to the public! It was very crowded, party vibe with club music all day. NOT at all relaxing or comfortable!!

Terrible staff at an otherwise...

Liked: Excellent breakfast and location.
Disliked: Never changed sheets with a large coffee stain. The room was not made up on the last day of our stay. When we noted this to the checkout clerk, she said, "Sorry about that," with absolutely no emotion whatsoever. Zero empathy.Then the bill came with a previously undisclosed $30/day "destination fee." Outrageous!!!!! Never again...Never.

Overpriced because service is lousy...

Liked: Location and the food at the restaurant. Also valet staff is very helpful and great.
Disliked: Front desk staff are everywhere but in there. They barely answer the phone, they do not attend to your requests and they started maintenance on the room next door at 6:30 am on two consecutive days.
