Convenient location, clean, but too...

Disliked: Really a tight space for 4 adults. would have been better to take some of the kitchenette space and make more living space. Pool was not working

You get what you pay...

Liked: Location is great. I like that it was located right next to a Target so I could get a few things. Also some fast food options were just on the other side of the fence so those were nice to have for something quick. The staff was pretty friendly overall. The room seemed to be more "modern" in its decor. Toilet had excellent water pressure, you can flush anything in that thing.Shout out to night audit Jalen (sp?) who helped contact my neighbor to keep the noise down.
Disliked: When I checked in they didn't mention any of the amenities. I had to ask about them. They pointed me to the washer and dryer but failed to mention the dryer was out of order. I also asked about the swimming pool and was told it was out of order as it had cracked. Big bummer for my kids.The room is MUCH smaller than what it appears or is advertised. If you are bringing a family or traveling in a group, be prepared to be packed liked sardines. The room came with only two bath towels so I had to request more. The shower is SMALL. The soap they provide is felt like "what is the absolute least amount we can provide?" and that is what they did. I have never seen such a small bar of soap before.The kitchenette was okay. It did not have a hot plate or anything like that so you may want to bring your own. Trash can could be bigger.They do not provide a plastic "laundry bag".The internet was below average. It took minutes to load webpages and my connection would drop and reconnect intermittently. With all of the options they have today to provide quality, high speed internet access, you would think they could choose something better. Good luck streaming because you will be in the seven circles of hell buffering.The door to the room did not "seal" all the way around.There are marks and splotches all over the walls from heaven knows what.Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbor's TV from the opposite shared wall at 1 in the morning. If I had to do it over again, I would have spent the extra $100 to get something better.

Terrible customer service

Liked: Rooms were decent. Nothing special, but clean. Kitchenette only has a microwave.
Disliked: Location is a bit far from downtown, but that's reflected in the price. However, their customer service/staff was horrible. We had paid through Booking.com allready, got charged again by the hotel (I initially didn't realise I had already paid after a long day of travel). We were then refused a room and told to call Booking to sort it out with them. After about half an hour on the phone, Booking nearly rebooking us to a different hotel suddenly we get the room (mind you, after at this point still having paid TWICE) and told the manager will deal with it in the morning. By the time the whole ordeal was done the restaurant we planned on visiting closed up the kitchen already.Come evening next day when we arrive back at the hotel, we ask if we've been refunded and they managed to sort the issue. Staff looks at me like uhhh.. I was about to ask you that. So she had to call the manager again to confirm it was sorted out, no communication. Refund did not process until the next morning but due to currency conversion we lost out about ~15 EUR. So of course I asked to refund that too, which the manager said she processed and would do. Come back home 2 weeks later, still no refund of course. Booking gave me a voucher to compensate, but the hotel did nothing, messed up and never apologized. Just a cold stare, hating to be bothered to having to deal with us for THEIR problem.After a long day of travel to not be let into the room after charging double until it's nearly rebooked.. Just wow.

Overall, it was an okay...

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: the doors weren’t reading the hotel keys, the room wasn’t ready when we go there/well after check in, the fire alarm was beeping and the batteries had to be changed, and the AC unit was very dusty so we did not use it. Having a fan or AC would’ve been great for air flow.
