Disliked: Everything was fine except that they gave us the worst rooms in the hotel. Even though I paid extra, I was given the worst room with air conditioning, the closest one downstairs. In fact, it was our second time at the hotel and we stayed for five nights

Liked: Everything! Dinner at Rocco’s was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Gastro Bar was the most wonderful bar/experience I have ever been too. Concierge staff were so helpful and the guys helping at the front entrance were awesome. The designer who designed this place requires an award. Safari, jungle, whimsical, vintage all tied up in a pretty bow

Amazing property with great service.

Liked: We had a great stay. Hotel has a very nice location, the facilities are really good and guest service was amazing. Everybody was very attentive and careful, room was immaculately clean and tidy and beds are amazingly comfortable. Highly recommendable hotel.

Liked: It’s stunning there is an amazing bar called Rocco which served amazing drinks and excellent food and wonderful breakfast room - service was amazing
