Liked: All the staff are very helpful. It’s so close to the river and shops.
Disliked: The apartment we had could do with some updating. We have stayed at The Islander many times over the years and most of the apartments have had much nicer and more modern furnishings. We booked well in advance as well. The outside door did not lock either with was reported.

We loved this resort and...

Liked: We loved the pools. We thought the rooms and facilities were great.
Disliked: There was one day that we couldn't access TV channels this was promptly fixed the next day.

Would do again if right...

Liked: I liked the atmosphere and closeness to everything

Liked: Such an amazing location, staff were very friendly and the pool area was massive, great for the kids. We loved the fact there were hundreds of free DVDs to choose from from reception and the games room, our kids have never seen a DVD and this brought a lot of great memories back.
Disliked: The parking spot we had was quite tight and hard to get into, beds were a big hard.
