Liked: Property was very easy to check in and out. Within walking distance of the jet express. Room was clean and updated.
Disliked: Rooms a little small but good enough to sleep in. Town shuts down super early.

Disliked: When we made this booking the property was a hotel. By the time we arrived it had been turned into a “condo” type arrangement (if you can call a postage stamp a condo). You had to go to a different location to pick-up and drop-off the keys. The public areas of the old hotel building look like the owners locked up and walked away. There are no reception people, although we did see one young woman, who could not speak English, doing laundry. The entrance to the building from the parking lot is filthy with sea gull poop and see gulls roosting on cars. There were no entrance lights when we returned for the evening. Although you have to display a parking tag, there is no one around to police the parking lot, so anyone can park there and there were no parking spots. The small room and bath were clean (again, the public areas are funky) and the bath was well lit. Save your money!

Liked: The location is ideal, right downtown and accessible to the lake, venues, restaurants, etc. It’s a cool historical building and an interesting place to stay, if done right.
Disliked: It looks like this stay is at the beginning of a transition from a traditional hotel to a “rental” service or BnB style (minus the breakfast). We had to go to a different location to get our keys (which worked out better than anticipated) but the “lock boxes” are not actually locked, so anyone that knows this is the case can access your hotel room key and code since this is outdoors. There is no deadbolt on the room doors.. so anyone with a code can enter at any point. There was no hairdryer in our room, which came to a surprise to us after a late night shower before bed. Definitely room for improvements, but decently comfortable overall.

Liked: The location was excellent! Walking distance to almost any place you wanted to go.
Disliked: Getting the keys to my room was a huge hassle. Didn't see any staff at all during the whole stay.
