Just WOW - exceptional customer...

Liked: I couldn't rave more about the Inn on Pine - from start to finish the whole experience was exceptional! The location was perfect, being literal steps from the main part of town to walk to and from antique shops, wine tastings, and local restaurants. The room was spacious and felt so comfortable, styled like it's a room in your home. The customer service was above and beyond - I booked this to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday and they surprised us with an upgrade with elegant chocolates and a personal note from the staff! I was SO blown away by this kindness that's rare to see these days. The owner provided amazing recommendations, along with a map they made, for all the seasonal events and local restaurants. We used this to navigate our night and my mom had the BEST celebration ever and said to me "this is the best birthday I've ever had". The trip couldn't have gone better and hugely in part by our stay at the Inn on Pine - we can't wait to book our next stay!

Liked: Every aspect of our stay was excellent. We have no complaints. Our room was clean and comfortable, the hotel staff were exceptional and the breakfast was good.We will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: there was nothing that we didn't like.

Liked: We enjoyed the peacefulness of the location. We were walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Our room was also nice, clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: Honestly, there were no complaints on our end. We were happy with our stay.

Liked: The pool, the quiet location within a short walk from the main “strip”, the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The room smelled like an exterminator had been there very recently which, yay no bugs but the smell was off-putting

Liked: Excellent location and facilities - the perfect spot to come back to and relax in after exploring Calistoga and Napa Valley. Very walkable to great restaurants and wine tasting spots and the pool and hot tub were a great added extra!
