Disliked: Walls are very thin you can hear what is going on outside your door and next door. We had to sleep with tv on to drown out next door. You can hear their conversations and other activities. We had our kids with very unpleasant especially when you’re trying to sleep.

Liked: The location is great for any activity downtown or near the waterfront.
Disliked: The hallways are poorly lit, and smell musty and damp.

Liked: I liked the location and the view of the water.
Disliked: The room appeared recently updated which was nice, however the cleanliness was disappointing. There was a towel hanging on the rack which appeared to have blood on it. I walked to the front desk and got a replacement plus an additional towel so that we had one for each occupant. Both top white bed coverings were dirty or stained. We did ask for extra blankets to use in place of them. There was a stray dark hair near the pillows. The window had an astounding amount of cobwebs between the glass and screen. There were food crumbs on the floor between beds. The sink drained very slowly. Worst was we had asked for a rollaway. It was promptly delivered but the linens for it were soiled. We were exhausted from our travels and just wanted to sleep at that point. The beds were very comfortable.

Liked: The view of the lake was awesome and the king size beds were great!
Disliked: The short toilets were terrible for adults and the Continental breakfast could have offered more variety of food, so we won't be staying there till some changes are made.
